We offer thousands specs of non-sparking safety Tools,such as combination wrench,socket,pipe wrench,allen key,wheel wrench,pliers,screwdriver etc,which used for safety workplace ,such as oil,gas,oilfield,petroleum industries etc.
Our beryllium mater alloy import from Kazakhstan,which make the raw materials of non-sparking tools pure,and ensure our non-sparking tools high quality.And our non-sparking safety hand tools are punch forged manufacturing processes,best quality design and manufacturing processes,make non sparking safety tools high density and strength.
Non-sparking, non-magnetic safety hand tools are made of Aluminum-Bronze (AlBr) or Copper-Beryllium (CuBe). These alloys are specifically designed to eliminate the risk of sparks at sites where explosive atmospheres may be present. Explosive atmospheres are classified by Ex Zones where hazardous, flammable or combustible vapors, liquids, dusts or residues may be present.
There are 2 kinds of non-sparking materials available for you choose:
1.Be-Cu: Beryllium Copper (Best material for Non Sparking Non-Magnetic Tools, the very highest quality);
2.Al-Cu: Aluminium Bronze (Economic material for Non Sparking Tools, still excellent).

How to Choose the Correct Alloy Tools for Your Application?
Aluminum-Bronze (Al-Br) Alloy | Copper-Beryllium (Cu-Be) Alloy | |
Zone Compatibility | Help fulfill the demand in the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC for work in Zones 1 and 2 (Gas, Mists or Vapors), plus Zones 21 and 22 (Dusts). | Help fulfill the demand in the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC for work in Zones 0, 1 and 2 (Gas, Mists or Vapors); Zones 20, 21 and 22 (Dusts); and M1 and M2 for mining. |
Hardness | 23-35HRC | 33-45HRC |
Durability | Not as durable as Cu-Be | Very durable due to high hardness and tensile strength. |
Magnetic Properties | Low magnetism due to minimal ferrous components. Appropriate for non-critical non-magnetic applications. | Non-ferrous components; safer for applications demanding non-magnetic properties. |
Ex Zone Definitions:
Gas, Mists or Vapors | Dusts |
Zone 0 – An atmosphere where a mixture of air and flammable substances in the form of gas, vapor or mist is present frequently, continuously or for long periods. | Zone 20 – An atmosphere where a cloud of combustible dust in the air is present frequently, continuously or for long periods. |
Zone 1 – An atmosphere where a mixture of air and flammable substances in the form of gas, vapor or mist is likely to occur in normal operation occasionally. | Zone 21 – An atmosphere where a cloud of combustible dust in the air is likely to occur in normal operation occasionally. |
Zone 2 – An atmosphere where a mixture of air and flammable substances in the form of gas, vapor or mist is not likely to occur in normal operation but, if it does occur, will persist for only a short period. | Zone 22 – An atmosphere where a cloud of combustible dust in the air is not likely to occur in normal operation but, if it does occur, will persist for only a short period. |
